Local Delivery

We offer local delivery within our designated delivery zone from our location at 616 Victorian Ave. Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Our fresh flower arrangements are carefully prepared and delivered to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Delivery times may vary depending on order volume and route optimization.

Please note that someone must be available to receive the delivery. If no one is available, we will leave the flowers in a safe location or attempt redelivery based on your instructions provided at checkout.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our store location: 616 Victorian Ave.

When you select local pickup at checkout, you'll receive a notification when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation when picking up.

Fresh Flower Care

As our products are fresh and perishable, we recommend arranging delivery or pickup as close to your event or desired date as possible. All flowers should be refrigerated or placed in water promptly upon receipt.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.), processing times may be extended.
